At SINNA, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and components.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare and cosmetic products unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
