These are great spot patches. I find the patches with micro-darts are always more effective than the plain patches. They have tiny spines in a circular area in the middle of the patch that press into your skin to deliver the medicated substances right into the spot rather than just sitting on the surface. It sounds painful but I find it's only a minor prickle, similar to pressing a hairbrush against your skin, for a second, and then you don't feel it at all. The spines are made of a substance that dissolve fully so there's no chance of being left with 'splinters'.

these are really next level. They have little micro darts that actually inject the pimple with the clearing solution. You press the patch onto the pimple for 5 seconds to really adhere the micro darts, but it's not uncomfortable at all
